Killer Dana Produce Thermal Zip Hoodie

When we designed our fleece program - we wanted to just focus on timeless basics that would never go out of style. In some cases - like with Produce - there were some styles that we didn't see coming from any other companies - so we built them ourselves. Produce is a waffle knit thermal zip hoodie. We have always loved this fabric - but it almost always only comes in a long sleeve knit variety - so we decided to spice things up. It is the perfect weight for life in Southern California and I'll bet you love it too. We gave this some contrast at the zipper and drawcord - sewed on front patch pockets - and gave it just a very simple little patch logo. Maybe the coolest thing we have ever built.

Here at Killer Dana - we try and mix up our private label as much as possible. I have mixed emotions about this shirt - because it is a fairly recent photo of Killer Dana at the center of this graphic. I shouldn't even really call it Killer Dana - because this is just a shadow of how the wave was in the glory days of the Dana Cove - before the harbor was built. I recently talked to someone who surfed in 10-12 feet and told me of riding waves all the way past Doheny. Still - it is important to pay honor to such a great spot with a photo tee like this. Shield is printed on the back of a 100% cotton Beefy Tee with a small logo on the chest.

Our goal at Killer Dana is to deliver quality basics that will stand the test of time. We have a very simple group of sweatshirts that we designed to be super easy-to-wear. Manifest is our sherpa lined zip hoodie. This is a super clean and super warm sweatshirt made from 300 gram 80% cotton - 20% poly fleece with bonded sherpa lining throughout the body and hood. This is a very comfortable sweatshirt. There is no big crazy screenprint. We just gave it a little patch on the chest.
