For the past six seasons - O'Neill has offered its Artscool collection - a special line that showcases its designers' untapped artistic abilities. Essentially - O'Neill lets its designers flex their artistic muscles without limits or boundaries to create unique styles they truly love. A portion of the proceeds from Artscool go to the Generation Next Program - which is dedicated to fostering young design talent through mentorship - real life experience and scholarships. Shine On Me is one of the fabulously divine designs from O'Neill's Artscool crew for 2010. It's a soft cotton/poly french terry fleece with sparkly sequin stripes on the front. It's a classy - sassy look that's ready for fun - anytime!
