The Continental Vertical Pro 26x2.3 Mtb Bicycle Tire provides a large 2.3 inch volume for excellent pinch flat protection in a lightweight package that accelerates quickly. Utilizing Continental's EndlessEdge five-sided lugs, the Vertical ProTection delivers excellent handling in all conditions while cornering, braking or climbing. A great all-around tire provides smooth rolling on hard pack and great control in the loose stuff. PROTection version features a light 170 tpi casing and Duraskin layer in the sidewalls for greater flat protection. Black chili compound uses smaller rubber particles and more true rubber rather than silica for better grip, lower rolling resistance, and greater tread life. Works great for front or rear use. Folding bead. 620 grams.
